1. Purpose of Processing

NEWBL KataGo Baduk processes the minimum information needed to provide the service, save kifu, verify subscriptions, improve quality, and respond to errors, refunds, disputes, or inquiries.

2. Information Processed

3. Payment and Store Handling

Subscription payments are processed by the applicable app marketplace, such as Apple or Google, under that marketplace's own terms and privacy policy. The operator does not receive or store your full payment card number.

4. Sharing

The operator does not sell personal information or share it with third parties except where required by law or necessary to operate the service, verify subscriptions, handle payments or refunds, or resolve disputes with appropriate safeguards.

5. Service Providers and Platforms

Cloud hosting, web analytics, error monitoring providers, and app marketplace operators may process information only as needed to operate, secure, bill, verify, or improve the service.

6. Deletion

Information is deleted when the retention period ends or the processing purpose is fulfilled, unless retention is required by law.

7. User Rights

Users may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing where applicable. Kifu and settings stored in the app can be deleted directly by the user. Store subscriptions can generally be managed or canceled through the applicable app marketplace account settings.

8. Security

The operator applies reasonable measures such as access control, protected transmission, and log review to protect processed information.
